The breadth and depth of knowledge Doug Wade brings to his clients reveals years of study dedicated to pursuing his passion.
A native of West Los Angeles, Doug crossed the Atlantic to attend Pembroke College at Oxford University, where he earned his B.A. and M.A. in Jurisprudence in 1990. He then earned a Master of Laws degree with emphasis in Business and Corporate Law, from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1992. The following year, Doug completed a Master of Laws in Labor/Employment Law and International/Comparative Law.
With over 24 years of litigation experience in California, Doug has represented businesses of all sizes, defending them in matters related to shareholder agreements, breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, unfair competition claims, harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour claims.
Although litigation sometimes is unavoidable, Doug emphasizes, advises and educates clients on the best business and employment practices to help prevent claims.
